What employees are saying
“Mark is the definition of a professional and I was blown away with his service. He was dedicated to our check-ins on budgeting and even met virtually with me while he was on vacation. He truly takes the time to understand your finances and goals and get you from where you are to where you want to be. Checking my budget is no longer a source of anxiety for me but I feel empowered to use it as a tool to accomplish my financial goals. I would not hesitate to recommend Your Money Mark to any of my friends, family, or colleagues. 10/10 experience that I truly don’t know if I would have received with any other consultant.” – Julie
“Prior to working with Mark, I had a few informal ways of budgeting that were ok, but weren’t helping me accomplish my financial goals. I was initially apprehensive about diving into this process with someone else, but I couldn’t be happier that I did. From the very first minutes of our first call together, Mark effortlessly and sincerely put my nerves at ease. He was so personable and positive, it really made me feel confident that my goals were not only attainable, but attainable much quicker than I expected.” – Matt
“Working with Mark has been extremely beneficial. I started this program completely scattered when it came to budgeting. I was keeping a written journal of every penny I spent and matching it to my online statement. Mark showed me tools that help me to track all my spending online. Budgeting isn’t as scary now and because of working with Mark I have a full grasp on how to get my budget under control. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help gaining control of their finances.” – Mary

Still have questions?
Is it confidential for employees?
Yes. 100%. Employee conversations, financial data, and activity are fully confidential. We never share individual information with employers—only optional, anonymized engagement summaries if requested.
How much work is required from me?
Very little. Once you sign up, we handle employee onboarding, communication materials, and support. You don’t need to manage accounts, integrations, or payroll changes. It’s a plug-and-play benefit.
What if my team doesn’t use it?
We offer onboarding support and engagement campaigns to help employees get started. Even so, you’re free to cancel anytime. That said, our average engagement rate is high because the experience is personal, private, and immediately helpful.
Is this compliant with benefits programs?
Yes. Your Money Mark is a voluntary, non-qualified benefit, similar to wellness or mental health programs. It doesn’t interfere with tax-advantaged accounts (like HSAs or 401(k)s) and can be offered without changing your existing benefits structure.
